STAMP DUTY LAND TAX Please note that as from 1 April 2025, the threshold for payment of Stamp Duty on a residential transaction reduces from £250,000.00 to £125,000.00 and the threshold for claiming a first-time buyer relief reduces from £425,000.00 to £300,000.00.
